We are growers and producers since 1955. We use an integrated viticulture respecting the environment. We also use local varieties: macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada.
All the grapes used to produce our Blancher wines and cavas, have been pressed and fermented in our winery located in the main centre of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, where we bet to the latest generation techniques, without forgetting to maintain the tradition of manual work. “Controlling the grapes from the vineyard to ensure the highest quality”. All the Cava Blancher generations have worked with this motto from our founder Antonio Capdevila Pujol.
